ScopeBot is an AI-powered project scoping tool that conducts guided interviews with clients to help freelance developers define project requirements. The service generates project briefs based on interview conversations.
Access to interviews requires an invite code or direct link provided by an administrator. You must verify your email address before participating in an interview. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide during interviews. The quality of generated project briefs depends on the information you supply. You acknowledge that AI-generated content should be reviewed and validated before use.
You retain ownership of the content and information you provide during interviews. Generated project briefs are provided for your use. The ScopeBot service, including its design, software, and AI models, remains the intellectual property of ScopeBot.
ScopeBot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated briefs. ScopeBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause. Interviews have built-in expiration periods. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
